Agreement to Terms

By using our website or renting equipment from OC Projector Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Rental Services

OC Projector Rentals provides audiovisual equipment rentals including projectors, screens, LED video walls, audio systems, and related accessories for events in Orange County, California and surrounding areas. All rentals are subject to equipment availability.

Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• A valid credit card is required on file for all rentals to cover any potential damage or loss.
• Pricing is based on the equipment package, rental duration, and delivery requirements. All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling is available subject to equipment availability and may be accommodated at no additional charge with reasonable notice.

Equipment Responsibility

• You are responsible for the rented equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until it is returned to us or collected.
• Equipment must be used in accordance with provided instructions and for its intended purpose.
• Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period is the renter's responsibility. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify any equipment. Contact us immediately if you experience any issues.

Delivery and Pickup

We offer both delivery/setup and customer pickup options. Delivery fees vary based on location. For delivered equipment, we will coordinate arrival and setup times with you in advance. Equipment must be accessible for pickup at the agreed-upon time after your event.

Limitation of Liability

OC Projector Rentals provides equipment on an "as-is" basis. While we thoroughly test all equipment before each rental, we are not liable for:

• Event disruptions caused by power outages, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Compatibility issues with customer-provided devices or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use

Our total liability shall not exceed the rental fee paid for the specific booking in question.

Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, the renter is responsible for weather-related decisions. We recommend having an indoor backup plan or tent/canopy coverage. Electronic equipment must be protected from rain, moisture, and extreme conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on ocprojectorrentals.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of OC Projector Rentals and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
